Proyecto Redes (Networks) connects participants with recovery resources to reduce criminal justice involvement.
Proyecto Redes (Networks) is a community collaboration uniting police, courts, and behavioral health providers to help people at risk of incarceration. Casa will help you prepare for long-term recovery, develop life skills, reduce the risk of relapse, and create vocational and educational opportunities to help you on your journey to recovery.
Proyecto Redes patients will be provided with comprehensive case management services along with integrated behavioral health care. Casa’s integrated care model ensures patients will gain the skills and resources needed to maintain long-term recovery and avoid criminal justice involvement.
Early Diversion serves individuals who:
- Adults (18+)
- With mental health diagnosis or co-occurring (CODs) SUD(s) and Mental Illness(es) (MIs)
- AND live in Middlesex & Essex County
- AND has a risk of arrest and incarceration
Exclusions include:
- Individuals with active warrants, currently on probation/parole, and any current court involvement including pending cases
Services include:
- Case management
- Integrated care plans with individualized goals
- Psychiatric and medical assessment
- Referrals to community services and resources
- Peer and recovery support services
- Treatment for SUDs, and Mental Illness
- Individual and family counseling
