Supportive Housing (Nueva Vida)

Supportive Housing
(Nueva Vida)

Casa Esperanza, Inc. is an equal opportunity, fair housing provider in Boston.

Nueva Vida Supportive Housing provides affordable, permanent solo and family housing. Our apartments are spacious, well-maintained, and smoke-free. Most units are Section 8 eligible.

Tenants receive opioid overdose prevention, recognition, and response training and access to naloxone. Our buildings are near MBTA stops, schools, parks, and local attractions. Many tenants feel the biggest benefit is living in a recovery-oriented relapse responsive peer community.

All tenants receive ongoing case management, as well as crisis intervention and support. Their caseworkers help with life skills and household management. Our goal is to help tenants create a safe, comfortable home where they can thrive.

Tenants also have access to all our on-site behavioral health, primary care, and support services.
