Acute Treatment Services (Conexiones ATS)

We provide bilingual (Spanish and English) evidence-based, medically monitored inpatient withdrawal management and wrap-around recovery support services.

Conexiones ATS (Detox) helps patients manage acute withdrawal symptoms to support their long-term recovery.

Services Include:
- Integrated medical and psychiatric evaluation and assessment
- Medication management and access to Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)
- Aftercare planning
Clinical Stabilization Services (Conexiones CSS)

We offer clinically managed services that boost motivation and promote recovery by facilitating successful connections to aftercare. CSS provides structured, individualized treatment for those at risk of relapse or who are transitioning from a more acute treatment setting.

Conexiones helps patients prepare for long-term recovery services.

A licensed CARF-accredited behavioral health clinic with telehealth support.

HIV Treatment & Prevention

Comprehensive medical care for people living with HIV/AIDS or at risk of HIV/STI exposure.

Connects participants with recovery resources to reduce criminal justice involvement.

Our Residential SUD/COE Treatment helps women heal trauma and nurture children on their journey to long-term recovery.

We help patients fill roles as nurturing fathers, caring partners, and supportive friends.

We offer safe, recovery-focused housing with case management in Roxbury, MA.

Must have:
- Section 8 voucher or waitlist
- One or more physical/mental disability
- Recent homeless status
- At least one adult (18+) in household
- 15 Single Room Occupancy (SRO) apartments
- 14 Studio Apartments
- 8 Family Apartments
