At CasaCare, we partner with our patients to understand their unique needs, strengths, and wellness goals.The individuals and families we serve often struggle to access health care due to systemic discrimination and inequity. Each patient receives a personalized treatment plan designed specifically for them.
Our mission is to help every individual and family in our care achieve their wellness goals and thrive in our community.
Most of our patients are Latine. Many come from communities with high rates of poverty and violence. Most have lifelong trauma. All come to our door for hope and help to moving beyond crisis.
Our patients face steep health disparities. They face steep barriers due to stigma and discrimination.
Our model ensures access and prioritizes their voice and choice.
At Casa, you will find a thriving, recovery-oriented community. Many in our community have experienced crisis, homelessness, incarceration, and trauma. They found their path to recovery. You can, too. There are many paths to recovery. You don’t need to find yours on your own.
