For Referral Partners
Casa Esperanza, Inc. is a behavioral health center with integrated medical and support services. Casa offers culturally-inclusive treatment and services in Spanish and English.
We provide trauma-informed, evidence-based behavioral health care for patients who have:
- Substance use disorder(s) (SUDs)
- Mental illness(es) (MIs), or
- Co-occurring SUDs/MIs (CODs)
- Our service model integrates clinical treatment with medical care and wrap-around support services. Our model prioritizes access and engagement to promote patient voice and choice.
- Each of our patients works with a team of multidisciplinary providers

Familias Unidas Outpatient Clinic
- A licensed, CARF-accredited behavioral health clinic that provides outpatient treatment and support services. Familias offers services in-office or via telehealth. Services include integrated clinical treatment, mental health care, medical services, and support services.
