Acute Treatment Services (Conexiones ATS)

We provide bilingual (Spanish and English) evidence-based, medically monitored inpatient withdrawal management and wrap-around recovery support services.

Conexiones ATS (Detox) helps patients manage acute withdrawal symptoms to support their long-term recovery.

Services Include:
- Integrated medical and psychiatric evaluation and assessment
- Medication management and access to Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)
- Aftercare planning
Clinical Stabilization Services (Conexiones CSS)

We offer clinically managed services that boost motivation and promote recovery by facilitating successful connections to aftercare. CSS provides structured, individualized treatment for those at risk of relapse or who are transitioning from a more acute treatment setting.

Conexiones helps patients prepare for long-term recovery services.

We offer safe, recovery-focused housing with case management in Roxbury, MA.

Must have:
- Section 8 voucher or waitlist
- One or more physical/mental disability
- Recent homeless status
- At least one adult (18+) in household
- 15 Single Room Occupancy (SRO) apartments
- 14 Studio Apartments
- 8 Family Apartments

Latinas y Niños is a 6- to 12-month addiction treatment program. Latinas y Niños focuses on the unique cultural and social needs of Latina women in recovery and their children. Children under the age of 10 may live with a parent or guardian who is in recovery at Latinas y Niños. Our goal is to offer families a safe, supportive environment to heal from trauma and develop their own unique pathway to recovery.
