Conexiones ATS-Detox Unit helps patients manage acute withdrawal symptoms to support their long-term health and recovery.
Conexiones ATS (Detox) provides bilingual (Spanish/English) evidence-based medically monitored inpatient withdrawal management and wrap-around recovery support services. Patients receive a full medical assessment upon admission and complete a comprehensive biopsychosocial. Our goal is to minimize discomfort associated with withdrawal and help patients create a treatment plan that helps move them forward in their recovery journey.
Conexiones has room for up to 12 ATS patients and accepts most forms of Medicaid.
Conexiones serves individuals who:
- Adults (18+)
- Massachusetts residents
- Struggle with alcohol or other substance misuse
- Meet ASAM level 3.7 criteria
- Have current and potential withdrawal symptoms
- Will benefit from 24-hour inpatient support
- Can take part in group and individual counseling
Services include:
- Integrated medical/psychiatric evaluation and assessment
- Full medical exam within 24 hours
- Integrated treatment plans
- On-site nursing seven days a week
- Psycho-educational groups
- Individual and group counseling
- Peer-led self-help groups
- Individualized case management
- Medication monitoring
- Medication management and access to Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)
- Aftercare planning
- Health education
- Recovery support services
- Transportation
