Mi Vida, Mi Historia educates young people about choices that may alter their health.

What is the time commitment?

Mi Vida, Mi Historia cohorts usually meet once or twice per week for five sessions. Sessions are typically two hours each, but may be done in one-hour increments as well. We also partner with community organizations and groups interested in having Casa deliver this curriculum to their community.  Please contact us to discuss scheduling a Mi Vida, Mi Historia group at a time convenient to your needs.

What is Storytelling for Empowerment?

Storytelling for Empowerment (S4E) is an evidence-based model to help young people avoid risks linked to SUDs, HIV, and STIs. Workshops focus on resiliency and positive cultural identity models to encourage self-empowerment.

Who is Mi Vida for?

Mi Vida offers cohorts for two age groups: Youths 13 to 17 Young adults 18 to 24
